Step 4: Search for the default username and password at the bottom of the extender.

Step 5: Once you log in then accesses the System tools. Tap on the Backup and Restore option. 

Step 6: Click on the factory reset and wait for some time until the reset process is completed. Follow on-screen instructions and then reboot your extender. 

Step 7: After resetting the extender, configure it again according to your requirements.
