Step 9: In case, your wireless home router supports the dual-band i.e. 5GHz then repeat all the above steps.

Step 10: Once you click on the Next button, it will start applying the settings that will take around 60 seconds depending on your Network speed and the distance between the Netgear extender and router. 

Step 11: Now, you will see the Netgear extender name on the screen after completing the setup process which is the home wireless network name.
