Step 4: After that, launch an updated web browser on your computer or laptop and then enter the default IP address or web address 9of your extender in the address bar of your web browser and then press the enter key.

Step 5: After entering the IP address of the extender, you will be redirected to the login page of your WiFi extender. Then, you need to tap on the wireless option and then you need to enter the wireless network name in the required field. After that, click on the save button to save the changes.

Step 6: Next, you need to choose the wireless protection option and select the security type like WEP and then enter the password of your network.

Step 7: You can select the network security depending on the operating system of your device.

Step 8: After completing the setup, you can unplug the ethernet cable from your WiFi extender and router.
