Set up your wireless Range Extender via Ap.Setup

  A variety of routers enables extenders to be set up as a wireless access point And Increases coverage and network performance. Thus, creating a wireless network. You can access ap.setup using web browsers such as google chrome, firefox, safari, And the edge. You can smoothly connect with the URL http://ap.setup or type IP address   192.168.10.1 Directly in the address bar in case you are unable to open it. Now moving on to the next you can see some steps which will help you in the configuration of the range extender by using a wireless access point setup. In addition to that, each extender supports both access point (ap.setup) and repeater mode which can be used as required.

Configure your repeater using ap.setup


Step 1:- Plug in your extender to power on it and enable it to the repeater mode.


Step 2:- Connect your wireless device to the wireless extender network and

 open any browser on it.


Step 3:- open ap.setup in your address bar or type http://ap.setup or given

 IP address and now appeared dashboard will ask to log in and demand default credentials 


Step 4:-  And then follow further on-screen instructions for a quick setup.


 

 Configure your range extender using ap.setup


Step 1:- Power on your extender and it is recommended to place it near

The Wi-Fi router.


Step 2:- Switch on your wifi-capable device for ap.setup.


Step 3:- Press and hold the WPS button on both extender and current router and 

See for the connection between them both.


Step 4:- After successful communication Now places your extender in a no coverage or blind spot and even some extenders have this feature of detecting that spot.

 

Step 5:- In your wireless devices change your wifi settings in which you want to

Connect to a network.


Step 6:- Connect to your wifi network and then open your browser and type

http://ap.setup or 192.168.10.1 in your web address bar.


 Step 7:- Sign in using your default username and password and then, tap  On the WIZARD INSTALLATION button.

    

Step 8:- Enter your wireless network credentials and follow on-screen instructions for ap.setup that is almost set up.
